Ordering is a simple process. Below you will find how you can place an order with Axis Electronics. We accept all major credit cards, payment via C.O.D or electronic fund transfers. We can offer credit terms to qualified customers. Go to the Download page to obtain a Credit Profile that needs to be completed and reviewed by our credit department for term approval. Overseas customers are required to pay by credit card or wire transfer. You must submit a Request for Quote or contact our Sales department 949-276-7880 to confirm availability and price, before you can place an order.

To Place an Order

After you receive a quote from your Axis Electronics salesperson, choose your payment method:

• If the order is going to be C.O.D, we require a hard copy of the Purchase Order. We can accept your Purchase Orders by fax at 949-276-7899 or send it electronically to sales@axiselectrincs.com
• If you would prefer to pay by Credit Card, download our Credit Card Authorization Form , please complete this form including a signature and then fax it to (949) 276-7899 to complete your purchase order processing. To ensure that your order is processed promptly and correctly, we require both the hard copy purchase order and credit card authorization form (fax both documents to 949-276-7899).

Wire transfers or T/T's is just another payment option you have when placing an order with Axis Electronics. By sending a Wire Transfer you get the peace of mind knowing your funds have been safely transferred and the transaction has expedited the process to received the material. Due to the addition charges the banks impose on these transaction fees, there will be a flat fee of $20.00USD. This additional charge will be added to your invoice and included in the total cost on the transaction. Please be sure to add any additional charges by your bank to accurately calculate the transaction total for wire transfers. Please be sure to reference our invoice number on all transfers.
